His name is Leon Sodji. He is the president of the women’s soccer club Vigueur FC in Lokossa, southwestern Benin. He surprised more than one person when, last week, he rushed to play the nanny to replace one of his players.

According to Megasports, the newspaper that reported the scene, Mr. Sodji took the child of his player who was crying for his mother in the stands and put him on his back.

He then carried the child and acted as a nanny until the player came out of the game to take care of her child.
The match in question is part of the 5th edition of the Milôkpehou Trophy.
